Banquet/AGM 2023/24
What a season it has been! Now it's time to celebrate our teams and players.
We're excited for our annual Banquet taking place on Thursday, May 9th, at the Jack Pad from 5-7pm. Dinner and refreshments will be provided.
We'll enjoy updates from each team and present awards to distinguished members.
Let's conclude the season with a bit more fun!

Please be advised that our AGM will take place May 9th at 7pm at the Canada Summit Centre following our Sting banquet.
The following nominations for board member positions have been received for your consideration:

Rick Armstrong

Shilah Smith

All nominations must be received 14 days prior to the AGM, at this time the call for nominations has ended.
The board will be proposing amendments to the HGHA operations bylaws. To review the proposed amendments visit the HGHA website and click on the link in the AGM tab.
**please note these changes have been made to align our operations bylaws with recommendations in the Ontario Not-For Profit Corporations Act.
Each member is entitled to one vote at the AGM. One parent may act as the proxy for minor members. Each coach has a vote but if they have a child the other parent must attend to vote for the child as each person may only vote once.
