Where to find your Qualifications to send to the Registrar:

Please go to Login | Spordle Account

Click on "Members"

Click on your profile

Click "View Profile" under your association

On your profile page you will see something similar to the picture below:

The highlighted tabs are the ones the Registrar needs to see.

Qualifications required for ALL BENCH STAFF:

Click the "Qualifications" Tab

Additional Qualifications required for COMPETITIVE COACHES and HOUSE LEAGUE COACHES:

Your Coaching Certifications will also be listed under qualifications.

Check OWHA's Minimum Requirements for the division you are coaching: Coach Stream

You will need to send a screenshot of your Coaching Certificates in Spordle.

Qualifications for ALL TRAINERS:

Please make sure that your qualifications are not expired, if they are you will need to re-take the certification course.

Background Checks FOR ALL BENCH STAFF:

Click the "Background Checks" Tab

Your Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) status must either be a yellow "Pending" or a green "Completed"

Your Declaration status must be a green "Completed"

Please email a screenshot of your Respect in Sport for Activity Leader, Gender Identity and Expression, Coaching Certifications (for Coaches and Assistant Coaches), Trainers Certification (for Trainers), Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and Declaration from your Spordle Account. *** Please make sure your name is showing in the screenshot.

Email them to registrar@huntsvillegha.ca.

Alternatively, if you prefer to give the registrar access to your Spordle Account, please send an email telling me you prefer to do this instead.
