All third-party instructors must be properly registered and rostered with the HGHA prior to engaging in any on-ice or off-ice programming with a team.

Coaches who intend to engage the services of a third party instructor must:

1. Forward the third party instructions link above to the individual.
2. Request the third party register with the HGHA at the following link: Huntsville Girls Hockey Association: RAMP Registrations
3. Email the HGHA registrar with the instructor name, contact details, and date of programming.
