Our AGM will be held on June 3, 2026 at the Summit Centre.
The AGM is our annual meeting where your Directors will provide updates on what they worked on this past season, review the financials, and conduct the election of the Board of Directors for the 26/27 season.
Who can attend and vote: Members in good standing may attend, vote on bylaws, and vote for Board nominees.
RSVP: Please RSVP by June 2 at 6:00 PM if you plan to attend or will be sending a delegate.
Unable to attend? You may assign a delegate to vote on your behalf. Please email President@huntsvillegha.ca with:
Your name
Your daughter's name
Her team from the 2025-2026 season
The name of your delegate
Delegates must be 18+ and may only vote on behalf of one member.
Voting Guidelines (Important):
- Each rostered player (2025-2026 season) = 1 vote (cast by a parent/guardian)
- Each rostered bench staff member = 1 vote
- Each Board member = 1 vote
Each individual may only cast ONE vote
If you are entitled to more than one vote (for example, as a parent of a rostered player and a Board member or bench staff), you must assign additional votes to other eligible adults (18+) to cast on your behalf.
Each delegate may carry only one vote.
Examples:
- A parent with one rostered player ? may cast 1 vote
- A parent with two rostered players ? must bring one additional delegate to cast the second vote
- A Head Coach with one child ? may cast 1 vote and must assign one delegate for the second vote
- A Board member with no children ? may cast 1 vote
